JINAN XINTE CASTING AND FORGING CO.,LTD is one of the largest factory specialized in producing forged steel grinding ball and cast grinding ball in China. The company has passed ISO9001: 2000 quality system authentication. Our factory was established in 1971. There are180 employees now, covering an area of 20000 square meter. Our annual product of grinding balls is about 50000 ton. We mainly export our steel balls to Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippine, Canada, South-Africa, Chile etc more than 20 countries and areas.  

 

The major character of our Grinding Ball is that: high hardness, no breakage, no wearing, lower price.  It is mainly used in cement plants, mines, power stations etc. The hardness and chemical composition of our grinding balls as follows:

Chemical elements:C: 0.52-0.65; Si: 0.15-0.37; Mn: 0.6-1.2; S: 0.04Max; P: 0.04Max; Cr: 0.25Max.

2.Forged grinding ball (RCAB-1)
Size: 20mm-180mm
Hardness:HRC58-65
Chemical elements:C:0.7-0.9,Si:0.65-1.00,Mn:0.70-1.25, P/S:0.04Max,V:0.05-0.12

 

3.High chrome cast grinding ball
Size: 20mm-150mm
Hardness:HRC58-65; Chrome content:11-14%

4.Low chrome cast grindingball
Size: 20mm-150mm
Hardness:HRC45-55; Chrome content:1-3.5%
